The Coffee Mill and Mercantile is a restaurant, coffee shop, and gift shop in downtown Quitaque, Texas. Quitaque is near Caprock Canyons State Park, home to the official Texas state bison herd and beautiful canyon scenery. We have a large selection of specialty teas and coffee! We also serve breakfast, gourmet sandwiches, desserts, snacks, smoothies, and ice cream. Our sandwiches have gluten free, keto, and vegetarian options and we have dairy free milk for coffees and teas. Our gift shop features an eclectic collection of unique local and handmade items, perfect for souvenirs or special gifts.
